great style of painting *0* i rekon your work are underrated

and just wondering, i found a bunch of tutorials. on anatomy, [link]
these tutorial series. and i thought, does everyone goes thru this? personally i cant really be bothered with all that detail, i would just take something useful out of it

lol yeah, its a lot to read but yes, i had to and still am going through all this. it helps you further the accuracy of your art really quickly but i find it kinda boring too

i read thru all of it. was doing random sketches starting from rib cage. failed at it totally ._. ...

where do you start from when drawing a full body? i cant quite get other parts of the body right after i have done the rib cage.

i start from the hips. its easy to calculate the proportions from there because (well i think) its the center of the body. then, depending on the pose i will choose to go for the legs or torso next, then the head comes in last. hope that helps

yea thats basically what i do too, but i add in a curve line indicating how i want the pose to be like. my biggest problem on anatomy right now is after i done the hips + torso. i cant connect the legs, arms, head (by that i mean, i cant make them look realistic. it just looks weird

). and these are poses i never experienced before and just pop up in my mind, so i guess thats normal. and yes thats very helpful man, thanks a lot

i think i should steal some poses from other people's gallery to get used to how everything works

read so mcuh tutorials today, made me sick. but i learned a lot
